Bu hikâyenin baş kahramanları, şef Mert ve eşi Handan. Biz, hayatta da mutfakta da birlikte yürüyen bir çiftiz. Karga 7’yi kurarken amacımız, lezzeti sadece tabaklarda değil, paylaşılan anlarda da hissettirmekti. Her gün mutfağımızda hamburger hazırlarken aynı özeni gösteriyoruz: Taze malzemeler, özgün tarifler ve bu adaya duyduğumuz sevgiyle…

The main characters of this story are Chef Mert and Handan. We are a couple walking together in life and in the kitchen. When we founded Karga 7, our goal was to create a place where flavor isn’t just in the dishes but also in the shared moments. Every day, as we prepare our burgers and noodles, we put the same care into our cooking: fresh ingredients, original recipes, and a deep love for this island.
